• Automatic application. This offer applies automatically once your cart total reaches $3,000 CAD or more — no coupon code is required. • Returns and order value. If any item from a qualifying order is returned and the remaining order value falls below $3,000 CAD, the free earrings must be returned to Jewel Nests in their original, unworn condition, or their retail value will be deducted from your refund.
  
  
• The free item itself is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The earrings provided under this offer cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded on their own, and will not be replaced if lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
  
  
• Warranty and service exclusions. The free earrings are not eligible for Jewel Nests' 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty or Lifetime Diamond Guarantee, and do not qualify for trade-in, upgrade, resizing, or engraving services.
