Returns Policy
Jewel Nests offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items. Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with certificates. We provide a no restocking fee and no questions asked process for eligible returns. Custom, resized, or engraved pieces may not be eligible for return, but we always aim to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for every customer.
Terms & Conditions for Free Gift
- Automatic application. This offer applies automatically once your cart total reaches $3,000 CAD or more — no coupon code is required. - Returns and order value. If any item from a qualifying order is returned and the remaining order value falls below $3,000 CAD, the free earrings must be returned to Jewel Nests in their original, unworn condition, or their retail value will be deducted from your refund.

- Warranty and service exclusions. The free earrings are not eligible for Jewel Nests' 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty or Lifetime Diamond Guarantee, and do not qualify for trade-in, upgrade, resizing, or engraving services.
